I have a partly developed project, can you finish it?
As practice shows, yes we can. But as the same practice shows, unfortunately, the cost of development will be close to creating a new project, sometimes only it turns out to reduce the time, but in most cases they are even longer than when working from the beginning. So if you want to change horses at the crossing, think ten times. And also remember that in such projects, as probably in any other work, you shouldn’t to quarrel with the constructor who did not master the project, but made a part of it. The thing is that some information is in the trash on a cloud, and some is in the heads of the direct project executors and this, unfortunately, does not depend on the size of the project or size of the company producing the job.
